The world is a fascinating and spectacular place, teeming with life of all varieties, whether that’s a wild animal roaring across the Serengeti or something a little closer to home like ‘man’s best friend’. From ants to zebras and birds to bees our world is inhabited by beautiful animals that are perfect for capturing on camera.
Our latest photography competition, entitled ‘Animal Kingdom’, wants to capitalise on this. We want to see your best wildlife shots from all walks of life. Tropical birds of the rainforest, lounging African hippos or coy urban foxes, we’re on the look out for the shots that best capture nature’s beasts.
True to form, we are giving away a total of $1,000 of Amazon vouchers for the top photos we see. The lucky winner will take home a prize of $500 of Amazon gift vouchers to spend on photography equipment of their choice, with the runner-up and third place also winning $300 and $200 of Amazon gift vouchers respectively.
Entries are open from today until Friday, 27th February, with the ten shortlisted finalists, as chosen by our judging panel, announced on Monday, 2nd March. As with all our competitions, the eventual winner of our Animal Kingdom photography contest will be chosen based upon the number of votes the photo receives on CoinaPhoto, as well as the decision of our esteemed panel of judges.

1) Sign up using your existing Facebook, twitter, G+ or Instagram credentials or simply using your email
2) On the home page, click on ‘My photo libraries’ icon on top of the screen
3) Select ‘Add new’ and ‘Upload Photo’ for the competition
4) Choose the category ‘Animal Kingdom’ from the category selection menu
