There are many different ways you can use our services (e.g. by searching for and sharing information, by communicating with other people, or by creating new content). When you share information with us through your Account, we can make those services even better by showing you more relevant search results, helping you connect with people, or making sharing with others quicker and easier. As you use our Services, we want you to be clear as to how we’re using information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.
Our Privacy Policy explains:
what information we collect and why we collect it,
how we use that information,
our lawful basis for processing,
the choices we offer, including how to access and update information,
information security, and
the Privacy Policy’s scope.
We’ve tried to keep it as simple as possible, but if you’re not familiar with terms like [cookies, IP addresses, pixel tags, and browsers], then read about these key terms first. Your privacy matters to us; so, whether you are new to Coinaphoto or a long-time user, please do take the time familiarize yourself with our practices.
Also, for your reference, please note that each term that has been defined in the Coinaphoto Terms and is used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Coinaphoto Terms.

Lawful basis for processing
We believe that individuals have the right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data. We also believe that you should be informed about the basis on which we process your data. The basis on which we rely is consent. We seek consent from all users, and we record how, when and what consents we have received. Please note that, once given, consent can be withdrawn. We are committed to acting on withdrawals of consent as soon as we can, and we will not penalize individuals who wish to withdraw consent.
How we use information that we collect
We use the information that we collect from all of our Services to provide, maintain, protect, and improve them, to develop new ones, and to protect Coinaphoto and our users. We also use this information to offer you tailored content (e.g. by giving you more relevant search results and advertisements).
We may use the name that you provide for your Account across all of the Services that we offer that require an Account. We may also replace names that were previously associated with your Account in order to ensure that you are represented consistently across all Services. If other users already have your email or other information that identifies you, we may show them your publicly visible Account information and other Content, such as your name and photo.

We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (e.g. developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (e.g. requests concerning information residing on backup systems).
Where we can provide access to information access and the ability to correct such information, we will do so free of charge, except where it would require a disproportionate effort.
