STORY
To get us in the festive mood and to celebrate the launch of our new iOS app we’re launching a seasonal photography competition, A Mobile Christmas. Christmas is one of the most photogenic times of year, whether it’s tinsel, trees and Christmas markets in Europe, or other local festive traditions.
JUDGE
WINNER
We’re delighted to announce that the winner is Tim Adrian for his beautiful holiday photo ‘Christmas Through the Eyes of a Child’ capturing the true magic of the festive season. Congratulations to Tim for winning first place and $500 worth of Amazon gift vouchers to use towards some brand new photography equipment – we can’t wait to see more of his photos.
Congratulations also need to go to our runners up; Phuc Ngo Quang for his festive lighting shot entitled ‘Flower Garlands and Coloured Lanterns,’ winning $300 Amazon gift voucher. The judges were particularly impressed the technique used in this low light shot.
Christian Heindel has been chosen as our second runner up, winning $200 worth of Amazon vouchers, for his black and white photograph ‘The Light Storm’, with his beautiful composition and use of street photography particularly catching the eye.
You can check out our winning entrants photos below. Don’t worry if you missed out this time, there’ll be another competition launching in no time.
